Privacy Policy Pursuant to EU Reg. 2016/679 on the Protection of Personal Data

Processing of Users’ Personal Data

It should be noted that HRC International Academy S.r.l., with registered office in Rome (00144), Via della Sierra Nevada n. 108, Tax Code and VAT Number 14332251009 (hereinafter referred to as the “International Academy”), in the person of the Legal Representative, has designed and operates the Website called MASTERCLASS FOR THE FUTURE (hereinafter referred to as the “Site”). HRC International Academy through https://masterclassforthefuture.it recognizes the importance of protecting the processing of users’ personal data.

With “User” it is meant both individuals working in the HR sector and professionals or sole proprietorships who access the Website www.masterclassforthefuture.co.uk (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”) and who, by using the services contained therein, share their personal data.

 

Purposes

HRC International Academy S.r.l., through the service carried out by the Site, aims to offer training paths to prepare managers to successfully meet the challenges of the future.

 

Amendments and additions

Amendments to this policy may be introduced in the future. These, in order to ensure continued compliance with applicable legal regulations, will be posted on the Website in the Privacy Policy section. We invite Users to carefully read the rules we apply, for the collection and processing of their personal data and to continue to provide a satisfactory and highly dedicated service.

Type of Processed Data and Storage Methods

The Data Controller will process the User’s personal identification data (email, first and last name, audio or video) or billing data (only in the case of paid services) that will be acquired by filling in the forms on the Website or through contact forms provided by the service partner companies.

The processing of Users’ personal data, contained in the archives, including electronic archives of the Website and managed possibly also through third party services, will take place using manual or electronic methods suitable to ensure, in relation to the purposes for which they have been communicated and collected, security and confidentiality, as well as to prevent unauthorized access to the data, for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected.

 

Purpose of processing of personal data

Personal data provided by Users will be used for the following purposes:

(a) to manage the relationship with Users at every stage including the request for contact or information on services;

(b) to enable users to benefit from the services offered;

(c) to fulfill obligations under applicable laws or regulations;

  1. d) allow participation in webinar training meetings through the use of the Site, audio/video recording of its contents and interventions; In this regard, it should be noted that registration is not provided for all events and in any case, the interested party will always have the option to participate with audio and video disabled.

The provision of personal data is aimed at the provision of training services and failure to provide them will result in the impossibility for the User to obtain the requested services and the impossibility for International Academy to provide the service and content offered by “Masterclass for the Future” and to fulfill all contractual obligations related thereto.

 

Storage Times and Methods

Data are stored as long as it is needed to provide services or until the account is deleted by the user. User’s data will be stored in digital archives until the purposes are fulfilled, but no longer than 24 months after the last Masterclass in which the User participated.

When the User deletes the account, the data on the Site is permanently deleted.

 

Communication and Dissemination

The Data Controller undertakes to ensure that the personal data of which it will become aware will not be disseminated and will be processed in such a way as to ensure their safety and confidentiality, as well as to prevent unauthorized access to them. Personal data and information provided by users may be disclosed, for the above purposes, to the following categories of subjects:

  • Employees, collaborators and consultants or trainers who help and consultancy to International Academy, by way of example and not limited to administrative, educational, legal, commercial, strategic, IT, customer care, information systems, etc.;
  • Parties to whom the right to access the data is recognized by legal provisions or orders of the authorities;
  • Any other person delegated and/or appointed by International Academy to the performance of all instrumental activities related to the provision of the service.

 

Rights of the Interested Party

Any User may exercise the rights set forth in Articles 7 paragraph 3, 15, 16, 17, 18, 20, 21 and 77 of EU Reg. 2016/679 on the protection of personal data such as the revocation of data, confirmation of their existence, indication of the origin of the data, the purposes and methods of processing, updating, rectification, integration, portability, and the possibility to object to the processing by written request to be sent to International Academy at privacy@hrcigroup.com.
